Chief Executive Officer

Becky Mora

Becky Mora brings over 30 years of experience in the medical field to Amarillo Family Physicians, with a strong background in healthcare operations, leadership, and patient-centered care. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University.

Prior to joining AFP, Becky served as Administrator and Chief Operating Officer for Acute & Chronic Pain Management Center, Texas Pain & Spine Institute, and Daneshfar Aesthetics. In this role, she led operations across an ambulatory surgical center, medical practice, and medical spa, overseeing staff, compliance, and financial performance, and played a key role in launching Daneshfar Aesthetics. She also spent nearly six years as Director of Business Operations at Allergy ARTS LLP, supporting daily operations and practice growth.

As a member of the Amarillo community, Becky is passionate about supporting local families and ensuring access to high-quality, compassionate care. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for nearly 40 years and is a proud mother of three and grandmother of three. She is committed to preserving the trusted, comprehensive care Amarillo Family Physicians has provided to the community for generations.
